A Little Goes A Long Way

The other day we woke up to a coating of snow.
Shea has been waiting and waiting for a good snow storm to go out and play,
but alas we haven't had one yet.
So on this particular day we ventured outside.
It was COLD!!!
Mind you, my wet head didn't help!!

But it didn't seem to bother her!

She played,
even though there wasn't much to play with!

She certainly enjoyed herself! She made hand imprints on her big brother's car.

I even added a little:
After a while,
I was a bit too cold
-- you know with my wet head and all--
so I went in
and watched her from the door.

She stayed out for a while
just trudging around in the snow.
Then she laid down.

I was wondering what she was doing, then it dawned on me!
she was making a
snow angel.
Or in this case,
a snow/dirt angel!!
I ran back out to get a closer shot.

She got bored with that then moved on to shoveling.
First with a big shovel,

Then with a smaller one.She got cold and came in
with snowy icy covered gloves
and red cheeks & nose,
which was also a bit runny. If she can have this much fun in this little bit of snow,
imagine how much fun she'll have if we ever get a
big storm!!!

^JUST ^j^ BELIEVE^
